Parma Eldaliéva Special III
The new "Parma Eldaliéva Special III" is a calligraphic Tengwar "portrayal" of Athrabeth Finrod ah Andreth. This important conversation between the friend of Men and the Wise-woman - the longest that has been recorded between an elf and a human in the legendarium - is something Tolkien meant to add to the Silmarillion, as we know from the tenth volume of "The History of Middle-earth". I cherish this work very much.
The printing process started on 23.09.2024 and a preferential preorder price is no longer available. The books will be ready and despatched in October. The photos here are of some of the originals.
The completion of the originals for the pages of the art book and the current edition mark the 15th Anniversary of my Parma Eldaliéva project this summer. It has been a long and demanding road to go on, but I hope that my works in this project will leave this world a little better place - more beautiful, and not only visually so. The works I work for are deeply cherished by me for their inner power to inspire things that are wholesome and good in the minds, deeds and words of many people and in many areas, or "gardens", among which I feel honoured to be. I am working in a manner which they have helped me value even more, according to whatever talents I have been gifted.
